Associate Director, Project Management

Role Overview

• Overseeing a business unit consisting of one or more brands with a team of PMs
• Manage key high-level complexity projects, requiring cross-agency and/or vendor support
• Develop and maintain brand‐level planning and initiatives (Gantts, etc.)
• Provide direction to team on task and project priority
• Serve as a point of contact for the client
• Oversee legal/regulatory submissions
• Onboard clients to agency process

Requirements

• 6+ years of project management experience in a healthcare advertising agency environment
