Set up and configure the next generation of AI software
Design and build integrations for AI tooling to core systems and data
Collaborate with various departments to understand their requirements and provide AI solutions
Ensure seamless integration and functionality of AI tools within the cloud infrastructure
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to AI tools and their integration
Provide training and support to team members on the use of AI tools

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
3+ years of proven experience as a technology professional in a cloud first and progressive IT environment
Strong understanding of and a passion for AI
Familiarity with the latest LLMs and AI products and their capabilities
Proven experience in setting up and configuring AI tools
Strong understanding of cloud-based infrastructure and services
Ability to switch between different technologies and quickly master new ones
Experience in scripting languages such as Python, Ruby, or JavaScript
Familiarity with data formats such as JSON, XML, and CSV, and their transformations
Experience with OpenAI, Workato and Databricks is preferred
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Passion for technology and continuous learning
Ability to work in an Agile environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
