Manage and perform month-end close for Pine Management companies
Prepare consolidated financial statements and assist in variance analysis
Reconcile intercompany transactions and balances
Ensure GAAP compliance across all reporting
Collaborate with accounting teams at operating companies to ensure accurate accounting treatments are followed
Support acquisition integration from a finance/accounting perspective
Assist with annual audits and manage PBC (Prepared By Client) requests
Maintain internal controls and support compliance with company policies
Coordinate tax filings with external providers
Identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy
Help build scalable systems and reporting tools for a growing organization

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
2–5 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally with a mix of public accounting and industry
Experience with multi-entity consolidations; private equity or portfolio company experience is a strong plus
Solid understanding of US GAAP and internal controls
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage, Business Central etc.) and Excel
Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in SaaS or software resale environments
Exposure to purchase accounting and M&A integration
Familiarity with ERP implementations or upgrades
