Independently execute the monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance.
With your attention to detail, ensure the quality and consistency of payroll-related data and support audits and external reviews.
Act as the central contact for complex payroll and system matters – developing pragmatic, compliant solutions for internal stakeholders.
Drive the development of our payroll systems and processes: from optimizations and automations to active participation in projects (e.g., system adjustments or regulatory updates).
Prepare reports and analyses and work closely with Finance, Tax, HR and external partners.
Requirements
Completed commercial/vocational training with relevant further qualification in HR (e.g., Personalfachkaufmann/-frau).
Several years (approx. 5 years) of experience in payroll, ideally in a medium-sized and international environment.
Solid knowledge of payroll tax law and social security regulations, and a sound understanding of employment law issues.
Confident user of common payroll and HR systems (e.g., SAP HR, DATEV, Personio) and timekeeping systems; strong Excel skills and ideally first experience with SuccessFactors.
Structured and reliable working style, strong quality and data protection awareness, and business-fluent English skills.
