Proven VP-level (or strong Director ready to step up) in high-growth SaaS or AI
Experience shaping category narratives for emerging or AI-driven products
Deep experience in PLG + paid acquisition + product marketing
Track record scaling from strong organic traction to market leadership
Strong operator: can go from strategy → execution quickly
Experience building teams from zero and managing agencies
Comfortable with ambiguity; knows when to wait for product signal vs. scale spend
Data-driven with strong intuition on growth levers and positioning
Strong background in communications, PR, or storytelling at scale (not just performance marketing)
