- Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to customers
- Own the complete post-sales customer lifecycle
- Lead or support the onboarding and implementation of ClickUp
- Guide customers through foundational setup, integration, and enablement
- Proactively manage user adoption and account health
- Monitor seat utilization, adoption trends, and engagement
- Drive adoption of ClickUp AI and build custom workflow Agents
- Generate qualified leads through data-driven insights and AI usage analysis
- Translate functional and technical requirements into scalable ClickUp solutions
Requirements
- AI-native professional who actively leverages generative and agentic AI
- Deep understanding of ClickUp’s platform and capabilities
- Skilled with prompt design, agentic workflows, and automation frameworks
- Ability to manage complex customer programs with multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and outcomes
- Exceptional at workflow analysis and process design
- Comfortable using dashboards and metrics to communicate health, adoption, and ROI
- Full accountability for assigned book of business
- Executive presence and strong communication skills
