Working Student – Sales & Business Development

Role Overview

• Qualify and follow up on leads that we already generate automatically using modern AI tools
• Draft tailored outreach messages and proposal ideas to generate interest and secure meetings
• Support the development, refinement and fine-tuning of our sales processes and playbooks
• Prepare and follow up on our sales activities
• Collect customer feedback for continuous improvement
• Contribute to AI-driven customer outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn)

Requirements

• You are a currently enrolled student (Business Administration or a comparable field)
• You have a strong affinity for digital technologies and AI; initial exposure to AI and/or sales is a plus
• You have excellent communication skills and enjoy proactive customer outreach
• You are motivated to grow from the working-student role into a full-time sales position (e.g., Sales Manager)
• You speak fluent German and have good English skills (written and spoken)
