Junior Lawyer – Civil, Consumer Law

Role Overview

• Participate in and conduct conciliation, evidentiary (instruction) and trial hearings;
• Review the hearings schedule, maintaining control and organization of the calendar;
• Ensure compliance with attendance deadlines by sending necessary information and documents;
• Accurately record time entries, documenting hours spent on legal activities;
• Monitor cases and deadlines related to hearings;
• Provide client support with updates on case progress, especially regarding hearings;
• Update internal legal systems with hearing and diligence information;
• Perform external diligences when necessary, including at courthouses and administrative bodies.

Requirements

• Active OAB registration (Minas Gerais)
• Previous experience in litigation.
