Purchase order execution / product delivery: on time order placement, billing adjustments, tooling requirements, negotiation / cost reduction.

Training and mentorship along the established role journey
Actively working with PWPR management and buyers on timely order quotation/placement and delivery assurance functions.
Interaction with the Regional Office personnel, Supplier Quality Assurance Representatives (SQAR’s), MCL, ESA, Continuous Improvement Specialists, & the GWS “Buyers & Planners” providing procurement & materials management for the commodities.
Coordination with Engineering Support to Operations (ESTO), Integrated Program Management Teams (IPMT), and Component Integrated Product Teams (CIPT) as well as the Command Center and Engine Center.
Ownership of part delivery commitment and execution
Collaboration with strategic sourcing
Leadership of cross functional teams in support of cost, quality, and delivery metrics
Use CORE tools to improve EH&S, quality, delivery, financial, employee engagement, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or equivalent with 10 years of experience or an Advanced degree (MS/MBA) with 7 years of experience.
Experience in operations, supply chain or program management
Strong working knowledge in SAP
Ability to lead cross functional teams
Experience with P&W Procurement Systems and Standard Work
Extensive delivery assurance experience and ability to mitigate risk
CORE (formerly ACE) experience and analytical/metrics driven approach
