About this role
Role Overview
Operationally leads a team of Market Fulfillment and Demand Planning Managers
Ensures operational excellence of the team to fulfill quarterly revenue and cost objectives for Industrial Print EMEA
Responsible for supply chain processes and capabilities in EMEA, related to inventory management, order fulfillment, planning, import/export operations, and supply chain cost
Leads business and cost reviews
Compiles and analyses key metrics and produces reports together with the team, using IT systems
Initiates and works on operational improvement projects
Contributes to cross-functional priority projects
Requirements
First level university degree or equivalent experience
Typically 7+ years of working experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, or a related field
Good understanding of supply chain processes (plan, source, make, deliver)
Analytical skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and teamwork skills
Good Microsoft 365 skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Copilot etc.)
Ability to work independently
Ability to cope with complexity
Customer service mentality
Ability and interest to work in a complex and multi-cultural and multi-lingual business environment
