8+ years of combined product management and engineering leadership, specifically focused on internal operational platforms, enterprise workflow tools, or scaling within an MSP, IT Services, or highly complex cloud environment.
Native or full professional bilingual proficiency in both Spanish AND English. Must possess the ability to conduct complex technical architecture reviews and strategic executive presentations seamlessly in both languages.
Proven track record of managing, scaling, and culturally integrating distributed engineering teams, with specific experience bridging LATAM execution with US corporate strategy.
Ability to travel up to 20% internationally to our US headquarters and regional LATAM engineering centers to foster team cohesion and strategic alignment.
Demonstrated ability to build platforms that drive exponential leverage capacity (doing more with less) and replace legacy IT governance with automated workflows.
Deep, practical understanding of the Microsoft Azure ecosystem, modern software architecture, and API integrations. Must possess the ability to engage directly in technical problem-solving with developers.
Proven expertise in building and deploying agentic AI workflows using Azure AI Foundry and Microsoft Copilot Studio, particularly involving operational automation, automated alert resolution, or LLM-assisted workflow generation.
