About this role
Role Overview
Developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of practice, industry, and market expertise, client mix, matter experience, trade groups, and media; employing knowledge to develop and execute strategic business development and marketing plans, acting as a “dot connector” internally
Providing research, analysis, and reporting to support the identification and development of new clients and the enhancement of existing client relationships
Building and driving the marketing strategy for the industry group with a focus on measurable impact
Achieving fluency in our client base and supporting efforts to identify, pursue, and attain new business from new and existing clients
Working collaboratively across teams on strategic projects
Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information that Latham & Watkins retains
Requirements
A minimum of three (3) years of experience in a Business Development environment
A minimum of five (5) years of cumulative experience
A high school diploma or equivalent
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably
