About this role
Role Overview
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders by leveraging clinical insight and industry knowledge
Identifying and mapping buyer contacts at prospect accounts
Establishing contact with buyer contracts via a variety of sales methods, including cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach and events
Qualifying inbound and outbound leads as sales opportunities
Identifying client needs and connecting to Hallmark offerings
Setting up meetings between qualified prospects and Sales Executives
Achieving target goals which may include contacts, leads, discovery calls set, pipeline generated
Staying up-to-date with new offerings and pricing changes
Delivering engaging presentations
Requirements
2+ years of experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role is preferred
Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
Track record of achieving sales quotas
Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
Familiarity with Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
Understanding of sales performance metrics
Ability to deliver engaging presentations
Familiarity/Experience with HubSpot
Familiarity/Experience with ZoomInfo
Bachelor’s degree
Nursing or clinical background experience required
