Role Overview
Craft product vision and strategies across multiple Service Now Domains
HR Service Delivery and Employee Center Pro
Define strategy and problems to solve across the associate experience
Assess and drive feature prioritization through data and insights
Drive product lifecycle from ideation to deployment while cross collaborating with multiple teams
Build and define objectives and key results
Track and report out on business outcomes and measurements of success
Own and manage the product backlog
Provide business and functional requirements for tech implementations
Lead and empower agile project teams to deliver results in an efficient manner
Create an environment where Associates respect and adhere to Lennar’s three core values of quality, value, and integrity.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree and 5 years' relevant experience in product management (or related field), OR Master's degree and 3 years' relevant experience
Relevant work experience in a field emphasizing Human resources, Project Management, Product Management, and/or talent acquisition
Proven experience translating business problems into actionable business requirements for technology deliverables
Advanced skills in creating product roadmaps
Familiarity with HRIS and Workday Recruit
Knowledge of service delivery KPIs, such as time to resolution, deflection rates, and usage metrics
Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly in collaborating with HR and business leaders
Strong communication and storytelling skills, capable of explaining technical findings to non-technical stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing business challenges.
