You manage central inbound and outbound phone and email channels related to mortgage financing, home savings (Bausparen) and consumer installment loans.
As the first point of contact, you answer and resolve general and specific inquiries in the areas of mortgage financing, Bausparen and installment loans, and perform the associated administrative tasks with care.
You provide valuable support to our distribution partners when it comes to navigating and using the EUROPACE platform effectively.
You independently handle disbursement-related issues, including preliminary document checks and following up on outstanding items.
You process requests in a structured way and implement solutions with clean administrative execution, always keeping our service levels and availability targets in mind.

You have completed commercial/vocational training, ideally with a focus on banking, mortgage financing or consumer loans, but this is not mandatory.
Excellent German language skills (at least C1) in speaking and writing for clear and effective communication.
You are confident using MS Office and open to learning new systems and processes.
Experience in mortgage financing, consumer lending or financial services is a plus but not required.
A §34i qualification is desirable, or you are willing to obtain it during onboarding.
You demonstrate service orientation, empathy, the ability to concentrate, and an authentic, responsible demeanor.
