About this role
Role Overview
- Support the R&D Development Center and contribute to the alignment with the company’s innovation and sustainability objectives
- Assist in maintaining relationships with clients for project management and execution throughout the development process
- Help manage technical aspects of projects, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Contribute to key projects that support business goals with the delivery according to time planning, risk management, and process required for qualification
- Assist in the implementation of restaging products for the existing portfolio of relevant sites
- Support the development and implementation of strategies to enhance the sustainability of products and processes, aligning with the company’s environmental goals
- Assist in conducting final qualifications necessary to confirm the feasibility for industrialization and prepare the required documentation for handover to the sites of production
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, reduce costs, and improve manufacturing processes
- Help identify and resolve technical issues that arise during the development and production phases
- Use root cause analysis and other problem-solving techniques to address issues promptly
- Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, validation reports, and manufacturing instructions
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date
- Foster a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams across Healthcare, Homecare, Food, Beverage, Beauty, and Wellness sectors (when applicable)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Biotechnology)
- Up to 2 years of experience in R&D
- Basic knowledge of industrial processes, technology, and qualification principles
- Strong knowledge of industrial processes, technology and qualification principles
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience in the Healthcare, Homecare, Food, Beverage, Beauty, or Wellness sectors is highly desirable.
