Operations Analyst – Mid Level

Role Overview

• Provide support and service to the commercial network, ensuring promptness and quality in responses;
• Identify issues and actively work to find effective solutions;
• Advise the network on specifics of partner agreements, including coverage and restrictions;
• Route requests to the responsible departments and follow through until resolution;
• Monitor service queues, ensuring compliance with SLAs defined by the team;
• Collect and analyze service data to identify patterns and opportunities for improvement;
• Propose process improvements based on data and customer service feedback;
• Work collaboratively with other teams to support operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or related fields;
• Previous experience in customer service;
• Experience with payroll-deductible loans (consigned credit);
• Ability to quickly identify and resolve problems;
• Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously;
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate across departments;
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
