About this role
Role Overview
As Project Assistant, support managers and the team in organizing and coordinating processes and projects
Organize appointments, meetings and discussions while keeping deadlines and workflows in view
Manage filing, handle follow-up reminders and support the manager and the team in day-to-day operations
Create and maintain reports, statistics and presentations with care and an overall perspective
Support internal projects and contribute to smooth operations through your commitment
Conduct research on defined platforms and actively assist with the prequalification process
Coordinate workshops, training sessions and internal meetings – from preparation through follow-up
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., Office Management, Industrial Clerk, Office Communication)
Strong organizational skills, team spirit, excellent communication skills and discretion
Independent, structured way of working
Confident user of MS Office
Very good German language skills, spoken and written; English skills are desirable
Driver's license, Class B
