About this role

Develop insights and conduct analyses for the guest product side of the business
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, finance, and data science teams
Own data requirements, measurement and success metrics, reporting, and analyses for projects
Sync regularly with product and engineering partners to align on scope and timelines
Gather real-time feedback and ensure the team is making the right decisions for the guest experience
Design, build, and maintain a suite of self-service dashboards
Translate findings and recommendations into clear narratives for various stakeholders

5 to 10 years of analytics or data science experience
Proven track record of conducting rigorous analyses end to end
Expert-level or very proficient in SQL for data analysis
Comfort and familiarity with Python
Hands-on experience with experimentation (A/B testing and experimental design)
Familiarity with dashboarding concepts and a clear understanding of what makes a successful dashboard
Experience working on software products and product surface areas
Strong product sense and understanding of the user experience journey
Exceptional business acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to make informed judgments
Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
