Define and align the product's strategic vision, ensuring consistency with company goals and market needs;
Manage roadmaps, trade-offs, and backlogs at both tactical and strategic levels, prioritizing features with the greatest business impact;
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and deep customer discovery to anticipate trends and needs;
Clearly communicate the product vision to stakeholders, leadership, and technical teams, fostering engagement and organizational alignment;
Monitor performance metrics for products under your management, identifying areas for improvement and continuously optimizing results;
Develop and support Product Managers, acting as a technical and strategic mentor.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, Design, or related fields;
Strong experience in digital product management, preferably in environments with multiple squads or in the financial market;
Certifications in Scrum, Kanban, or Product Management (preferred);
Advanced English for professional communication (spoken and written).
