About this role
Role Overview
Promote and sell PuroClean services in an assigned territory while consistently meeting or exceeding goals.
Build strong relationships through regular route marketing runs, repeat visits, and by becoming a trusted community resource.
Organize and coordinate training events, CE courses, and marketing events (including lunch-and-learns).
Implement creative marketing initiatives and collaborate directly with the owner to shape sales and marketing strategies.
Maintain consistent follow-up to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Requirements
2+ years of relevant experience in restoration, property insurance, construction, or B2B relationship marketing (preferred).
Clear and effective communicator with a genuine interest in people.
Strong relationship builder who sees opportunities and creates win-win solutions.
Comfortable with route marketing, public speaking, and group presentations.
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and thrives in a high-autonomy environment.
Professional appearance, integrity, and reliable transportation.
