About this role
Role Overview
Receive inbound telephone calls and respond to emails in relation to support, maintenance and safety and other requirements at stores
Resolve at first point of contact or escalate/manage as appropriate
Identify customer needs, clarify, and provide information using available resources
Provide high quality service to customers and stakeholders
Provide product and service information to customers
Follow up with customers/internal stakeholders as necessary
Identify issues that cannot be resolved immediately and escalate to Tier 3/Management
Meet deadlines and KPIs (ACW, AHT, adherence etc.)
Requirements
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
A genuine passion for customer service
Ability to multitask and problem-solve effectively and accurately
Interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective customer, team and stakeholder relationships
Availability to start immediately
