Senior Analyst, Project Management

Role Overview

• Support project execution by understanding business needs and assisting in solution development aligned with priorities and milestones.
• Manage projects or work streams, resolving critical issues, monitoring progress, and escalating complex challenges as needed.
• Track project scope changes, expenditures, and budgets while providing clear informational presentations and performance reports.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate project planning, implementation, and communication.
• Identify root causes of project failures and quality issues, proposing effective solutions and improvement opportunities.
• Apply expertise to develop and improve action plans, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Promote compliance with company policies and ethical standards throughout project activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field OR 2 years’ experience in project management, business, operations, or related area.
• Proven experience in managing project planning, implementation, and execution with a focus on meeting milestones and resolving critical issues.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including building partnerships and effectively communicating with broad audiences.
• Ability to monitor project progress, track budgets and expenditures, and escalate complex challenges appropriately.
• Expertise in identifying business needs, proposing solutions, and capitalizing on improvement opportunities.
• Demonstrated commitment to integrity, accountability, and adherence to company policies and ethical standards.
• Excellent communication skills to deliver impactful presentations and foster collaboration across teams.
