About this role
Role Overview
Provide support and follow-up for business centre managers and other managers with agendas, phone calls, email and mail.
Coordinate the distribution of files to management and steering committees, as well as other committees.
Organize and attend a variety of meetings, including management committee meetings.
Record meeting proceedings and minutes and perform follow-ups as required.
Assist in planning logistics for events, including team and committee meetings, training seminars, conference calls, travel and PR activities.
Support internal and external communications initiatives for the business centre.
Perform various administrative tasks related to internal management.
Requirements
Diploma from a trade or vocational school in a related field
Minimum of three years of relevant experience
Knowledge of French is required
Impeccable French spelling and grammar
Understanding of the philosophy and operations of a financial services cooperative
Knowledge of service standards
Familiarity with the business centre’s budget system
