Support user lifecycle management (onboarding/offboarding), troubleshoot single sign-on (SSO) / multi-factor authentication (MFA) issues, and assist with access reviews/audits.
Assist with role mining and analysis to define business and IT roles.
Update and maintain role-based access control (RBAC) structures to keep automated access accurate and aligned to policy.
Support technical onboarding/integration of new software-as-a-service (SaaS) and on-premises applications.
Help configure SailPoint connectors and map account attributes from target systems.
Monitor and troubleshoot scheduled IAM jobs (account aggregations, identity refreshes, maintenance tasks).
Build and maintain identity and access metrics dashboards in Power BI.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master’s degree in a field related to cybersecurity, software engineering, computer science, or any other related field.
Available to work with us full-time, 35 hours per week, for the Fall 2026 Term in hybrid mode (September to December).
Must be an active student during your internship and/or returning to school in next Winter 2027 Term following your internship.
For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English speaking colleagues across the country.
No Canadian work experience required, but must be eligible to work in Canada.
Basic understanding of Java or BeanShell, with the ability to write basic SQL queries to filter and analyze data.
Familiarity with the Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) lifecycle and the integration interfaces that support it (XML and REST APIs).
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify why an automated process or access request failed.
Strong interest in the Principle of Least Privilege and audit/compliance requirements.
