Review daily bank balances across multiple accounts, prepare and interpret daily cash position (actual and forecast) to ensure sufficient funds.
Prepare intercompany transfers and execute movement of funds between related legal entities.
Participate in the group’s consolidated monthly cash flows, actual and forecasted.
Ability to liaise with different business lines to determine cash needs and availability.
Assist and lead in various liquidity analysis to optimize the cash and cash equivalent.
Coordinate domestic and international fund transfers associated with financing and special projects, ensure proper processing and adequate completion of the transactions.
Assist with departmental policy enforcement and internal control.
Perform, on a quarterly basis, the various fees analysis and cash balance analysis.
Develop and maintain good relationships with banking partners and different stakeholders.
Support the manager for different quarterly reporting.
Develop processes and procedures for cash management tasks.
Develop strategies to reduce treasury related costs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in finance, Administration or Accounting
Bilingualism (French/English)
Required to interact regularly with colleagues across the country
Cash management experience
Proven ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with others
No work experience in Canada required, but must have authorization to work in Canada.
