Role Overview
- Support specific leaders in the Technology organization as a trusted partner
- Fully understand the Technology Organization’s business strategy and alignment to budget
- Accurately analyze and explain key cost drivers and monthly variances
- Build initial budgets and maintain rolling forecasts for assigned Tech orgs
- Present results clearly to leaders at multiple levels
Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant finance/accounting experience, preferably IT-facing
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI (or similar)
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field or CPA preferred
