Ensure stable IT operations for the Consumer Finance applications
Perform log file and root-cause analyses
Resolve incidents and handle service requests
Support problem and change management
Operate and use the tools required for L2 IT operations
Design and implement measures to extend and improve IT monitoring functionality
Monitor and ensure compliance with defined performance indicators (KPIs)
Carry out tasks within business continuity management processes to ensure production stability

University degree (IT-focused) or equivalent vocational training with several years of professional experience
Strong knowledge of ITSM processes (ITIL v3 Foundation certification preferred)
Several years’ experience in L2 application support or in DevOps teams
Very good knowledge of key components such as Oracle, SQL, Linux, WebLogic, Fabric, ServiceNow
Confident use of monitoring tools such as Splunk, New Relic, or Geneos
Good written and spoken English as well as very good German
