Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Digital Strategy, Communications, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
10+ years of experience in senior marketing, media, digital operations, advertising technology, analytics, marketing transformation, or related environments.
Deep expertise in modern marketing operations, content production, workflow design, and data enabled or technology enabled execution models.
Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary, cross-functional teams across geographies in complex, matrixed global organizations.
Strong fluency in generative artificial intelligence, Agentic AI, automation technologies, and digital marketing platforms, with the ability to guide both technical and creative teams.
Experience leading large-scale change initiatives, operating model transformations, or enterprise platform adoption.
Strong understanding of integrated marketing disciplines, including media, creative, data, personalization, measurement, and retail/omnichannel execution.
Proven ability to partner with external agencies, platforms, and technology partners to drive performance and innovation.
Exceptional strategic thinking, systems thinking, and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to synthesize complexity into clear action plans.
Strong communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills with experience navigating senior executive level alignment.
Demonstrated ability to drive global governance, standardization, and process optimization while enabling local flexibility.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite blended with deep experience in GenAI tools (Midjourney, Runway, ChatGPT/Claude/Nano Banana, etc.).
