Role Overview

• Drive profitable multi-office growth across Oregon and Washington State
• Create a compelling business plan for profitable growth
• Manage P&L and implement sound strategy for advisor and client acquisition
• Develop high-performing branch and associate managers
• Optimize resources across the complex
• Inspect results and provide regular coaching to branch managers and advisors
• Ensure brand standards and client satisfaction are met

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (4-years)
• 7-10 years of relevant experience
• Active FINRA Series 7
• Active FINRA Series 24, or S9/10
• Active State Securities Agent Registration (S63 or S66)
• Active IAR Registration (S65 or S66)
• Active Life and Variable Contracts insurance licenses
• Self-driven and achievement oriented
• Strong presentation skills and executive presence
• P&L expense management
