Business knowledge of banking operations and the financial sector, preferably in Data or Payments
At least 3 years of experience in requirement specification and business analysis in software development projects.
Relevant experience in the Data and/or AI domain, including exposure to AI governance and responsible AI frameworks.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with various stakeholders.
Ability to quickly grasp complex concepts
Experience with software development processes and understanding technical solutions.
Proficiency in Finnish and English language.
Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field
