Own the roadmap: You will fully own the outcomes of the product(s) that you and your team are working on.
Lead discovery: You will spend a significant amount of time with users digging into their pain points, testing new ideas, features and combing through our data to identify both long-term and short-term opportunities.
Translate insights into initiatives: Turn user and data findings into clear business cases, scopes, and requirements.
Execute: Work hands-on with engineers, designers, support, and Account Managers to deliver high-quality features on time.
Measure impact: Define and track KPIs like product adoption, system performance for already existing features, and come up with new metrics to measure net new features that you will roll out.
Act as the bridge: Align internal teams (Engineering, Sales, Support, Sales, Account Management, Data and the Design).
Champion the user: Advocate for solutions that create a satisfying user experience for our users, and help them solve their problems in an effective and efficient way.
Requirements
3+ years of experience as a Product Manager/Product Owner for B2B SaaS, ERP, Marketplace or workflow management software products.
Experience building search functionality is mandatory.
Strong user research skills, empathy, and willingness to get your hands dirty working with real users to better understand the challenges and flows that they are going through every day.
Structured problem solver who can break down messy problems into clear, actionable steps.
Strong technical insight
you are able to discuss APIs, integrations, and backend logic with engineers.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to change.
Data-driven mindset, comfortable with operational and customer-facing metrics.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to influence without authority.
