Role Overview
- Oversee clinical trial management workstreams, ensuring that all deliverables meet quality standards and timeline expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective clinical trial protocols and enrollment strategies
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and standards
- Analyze and interpret clinical trial data, identifying trends, and providing insights to optimize study outcomes
- Proactively identify challenges and implement effective solutions to ensure successful trial execution
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to build strong partnerships and ensure smooth trial processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, experience in clinical trial management
- Proven expertise in designing and executing clinical trials, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex medical data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Willingness to travel as required (approximately 25%)
