About this role

Provide leadership to manage and execute strategies for a customized contract and program portfolio.
Establish and maintain relationships with Cleveland Clinic staff, Excelerate members, and Vizient stakeholders.
Establish and elevate strategic relationships with key suppliers in the Orthopedic/Surgical service lines.
Identify, prioritize, and execute on current and future variation and utilization opportunities.
Develop and implement business processes to meet financial goals.
Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of objectives and goals.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and leaders to execute on performance goals and best practices.

Relevant degree preferred.
7 or more years’ experience required.
Strong negotiation skills and proven success in complex negotiations required.
Experience in health care supply cost management and contracting preferred.
Ability to coach and support others through leadership and collaborative partnership skills.
Proven ability in operational planning.
Experience in developing customized solutions for large complex organizations with suppliers using consultative skills.
Ability to excel, lead, and influence in a matrix environment.
Strong relationship building and strategic partnering skills.
Willingness to travel.
