Role Overview
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for SaaS products.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Manage the full sales cycle including identifying new market opportunities.
- Implement business process improvements within the sales function.
- Oversee customer segmentation strategies and customer service processes.
- Act as a key point of contact for customer enquiries.
- Collaborate with product development and marketing teams.
- Drive operational pricing strategies to improve revenue and profitability.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders to achieve sales targets.
- Demonstrate strong digital fluency in employing sales technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within a SaaS environment.
- Expertise in Agility core practices and Business process improvement methodologies.
- Strong proficiency in Contract Management and negotiation.
- Exceptional ability to apply Customer centric thinking to sales strategies and customer interactions.
- Experience with Customer enquiries resolution, Customer Experience Metrics, Customer Segmentation, and Customer Service Design.
- Track record of delivering an effortless customer experience.
- High level of Digital Fluency in sales enablement tools and CRM systems.
- Proven ability to lead through ambiguity and adapt to dynamic market conditions.
- Deep understanding of market dynamics and operational pricing strategies.
