Role Overview
- Daily tax advisory support to finance and operational teams
- Management of French tax matters (corporate tax
- IS, VAT, local taxes…)
- Handling international issues (EMEAR region): withholding taxes, corporate tax, tax audits
- Review of tax results and filing obligations
- Support during tax audits and management of tax disputes
- Tax monitoring and sharing of best practices
Requirements
- Degree in taxation (university or business school)
- 1 to 3 years' experience in a firm or in an international company
- Strong knowledge of French taxation and working knowledge of international tax
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Comfortable with Excel, PowerPoint, Word and tax databases
- Ability to simplify technical topics and liaise with diverse stakeholders
