Continuous development and optimization of the ISMS
Drafting and maintaining security policies and processes
Implementation of NIS2 requirements and ensuring compliance
Conducting risk analyses, including assessment and implementation of appropriate mitigation measures
Providing information security support for projects, both on-premises and in the cloud
Conducting internal audits to ensure security standards
Regular reporting to executive management and the management team

Degree in IT or equivalent qualification
Strong experience in implementing regulatory requirements (ISO 27001, IT Baseline Protection / IT-Grundschutz)
Strong communication skills, decisiveness, and a high sense of responsibility
Business-fluent German
