About this role

Continuous development and optimization of the ISMS (Information Security Management System)
Development of security policies and processes
Implementation of NIS2 requirements and ensuring compliance
Conducting risk analyses including assessment and implementation of appropriate countermeasures
Providing information security support for projects, both on-premises and in the cloud
Conducting internal audits to ensure security standards
Regular reporting to executive management and senior leadership

Degree in IT or equivalent qualification
Strong knowledge in implementing regulatory requirements (ISO 27001, IT-Grundschutz (IT Baseline Protection))
Excellent communication skills, decisiveness, and a strong sense of responsibility
Business-fluent German language skills
