Take ownership of commercial success, quarterly sales targets, and planning for both short-term and long-term KPIs for the Pinterest business in Thailand.
Generate new business leads and independently create and execute business development strategies to acquire new advertisers and grow Pinterest ad revenue.
Serve as the primary senior contact for major advertisers and agencies, and build influential, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
Develop and execute scalable sales strategies and programs that accelerate acquisition and retention of Pinterest’s direct advertisers and agency partners.
Communicate progress and strategic updates across global time zones in a clear and timely manner.
Educate advertisers and agencies on Pinterest products through onsite presentations and one-on-one training.
Leverage data, insights, and measurement to build innovative media plans that reach target audiences and deliver campaign KPIs.
Represent Pinterest at local industry events, speaking on behalf of the business and strengthening market presence.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Marketing, Business, Economics, or Social Sciences.
8+ years of experience in digital media sales and business development.
Strong knowledge of Thailand’s digital media landscape and an established network with local advertisers and agencies, with a deep understanding of digital advertising platforms and media buying cycles.
Proven ability to build new business and scale client relationships.
Solid commercial acumen with direct revenue accountability.
Business-level fluency in Thai and English.
Strong analytical and strategic planning skills; ability to turn data into actionable insights.
Excellent presentation and client-facing skills.
Comfortable thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with frequent change.
Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and sales productivity tools.
