As Regional Manager (m/f/d) you are responsible for the smooth operation of our autonomous cleaning machines at multiple sites across Hesse
You coordinate the local team and ensure our machines are deployed efficiently and that customer satisfaction is consistently maintained
Regular on-site visits to customers to ensure our solutions are used optimally and that customer satisfaction remains at the highest level
You take full responsibility for your location and ensure it runs smoothly at all times
Close collaboration with the sales team to identify new locations and to establish our technology with additional clients
Monitor machine performance and identify opportunities to optimize operations
You actively drive the implementation and rollout of new technologies and support your teams with operational challenges

You have experience in field service or operations
An understanding of B2B sales models helps you to understand our customers’ needs
You are organized and work in a solution-oriented way, even in demanding situations
Willingness to travel regularly to service customer sites in your region
Flexibility regarding your place of work
A strong hands-on mentality and willingness to pitch in where needed
Excellent communication skills and fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.
