As a Sales Manager (m/w/d), you will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment to drive the company’s growth through customer acquisition for Future Machine Labs
Using your acquired expertise, you will work closely with your team to deliver agile, solution-oriented rollout strategies for customers, coordinate and optimize internal interfaces, and ensure a smooth onboarding process
You will be responsible for acquiring new locations
You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, present our product on-site, provide comprehensive consultation, and ensure their requirements are met
You will organize and attend trade shows and events
You will work closely with your sales team to achieve project goals, develop sales strategies, and monitor progress
You will analyze existing sales processes, identify weaknesses, and develop solutions to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
Requirements
You have completed vocational training or a degree, ideally in business, management, or a related field
You have already gained initial experience in a dynamic environment, whether in sales, a start-up, consulting, or a similar setting
You possess strong communication and negotiation skills, proven team leadership abilities, analytical thinking, and a strong customer focus
You bring several years of experience in sales and have knowledge of sales strategies and processes
You have a strong hands-on mentality and are not afraid to get actively involved
You enjoy traveling and are flexible regarding your place of work
You have excellent communication skills and are fluent in both English and German, written and spoken
