Senior Accountant, Tax & Financial Reporting

Role Overview

• Prepare federal and state corporate income tax returns, extensions, and estimated tax payments
• Calculate quarterly and annual income tax provisions under ASC 740
• Conduct tax research and respond to tax notices as needed
• Assist with financial reporting automation initiatives
• Support compliance and planning for state and local income taxes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
• CPA license required
• 3+ years of relevant corporate tax experience in public accounting and/or a corporate tax department
• Strong knowledge of U.S. corporate income tax compliance and ASC 740 income tax accounting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and data analysis
• Experience with corporate tax software such as CorpTax preferred
• Familiarity with tax research platforms such as Bloomberg Tax (BNA), CCH, and/or Thomson Reuters Checkpoint
• Exposure to multi-state and sales/use tax compliance
