Role Overview
Provide operational and disciplinary leadership for a team in line with qualitative and quantitative project objectives
Conduct regular employee meetings to discuss technical, organizational and performance-related matters
Plan and facilitate team meetings

Ensure and drive improvements in productivity and profitability
Requirements
Fluent German, written and spoken
Leadership experience in a call center or customer service environment
Proficient with MS Office
Strong judgment and assertiveness

and revenue-oriented working style
High self-motivation, strong commitment and ability to work independently
