Requirements
- Fluent German, written and spoken
- Leadership experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Proficient with MS Office
- Strong judgment and assertiveness
- Structured, performance
- and revenue-oriented working style
- High self-motivation, strong commitment and ability to work independently
