We are seeking a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to support our outbound sales efforts. The role focuses on identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective clients through structured, data-driven outreach campaigns, with the objective of generating qualified sales meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and build targeted prospect lists aligned with defined ICP (Ideal Customer Profile).
- Source and enrich lead data (emails, phone numbers, company details) using tools such as Lusha, ZoomInfo, or equivalent platforms.
- Design and execute multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, cold calling).
- Create and optimize outreach sequences to maximize response and conversion rates.
- Engage with prospects to qualify interest and book meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and outcomes in CRM systems.
- Continuously test and improve messaging, targeting, and campaign performance.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine targeting and outreach strategy.
Requirements
Requirements:
- **Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing or any other related field. **
- 2 to 3 years of experience in lead generation, SDR, or outbound sales roles.
- Hands-on experience with lead sourcing and enrichment tools (e.g., Lusha, ZoomInfo).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English required).
- Experience with outbound sequencing tools (e.g., Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft) is a plus.
- Ability to work with data, segment audiences, and optimize campaigns.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
