About this role

Handling incoming customer inquiries about travel offers
Competent consultation of customers and active selling of suitable travel products
Managing service and sales requests in inbound contacts
Taking shifts as part of the emergency hotline (including nights)

Experience in telephone sales, inbound sales or customer service – ideally in a contact center environment
Excellent written and spoken German
Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for active selling
Self-motivation, discipline and a reliable, independent working style (freelancer model)
Willingness to work shifts, including night and on-call emergency shifts
Confident use of common CRM and telephony tools or a high technical affinity
Stable internet connection and quiet home office workspace
Interest in travel topics is an advantage
