Analyzing business processes, identifying optimization potential, and developing solution concepts
Designing customer applications (user stories), planning and executing projects
Integrated into client project teams: project location Frankfurt am Main, 2 days per week on-site at the client, otherwise remote

At least 2 years of professional experience in consulting, fintech, agency, exchange, or bank — ideally with direct exposure to the securities business
Solid knowledge in the securities area: familiar with common securities products (equities, ETFs, derivatives, funds, etc.) and understanding of the structure of the broker and securities market in Germany
Technical interface understanding: able to formulate business requirements precisely, translate them into technical requirements, and communicate confidently with development teams
Agile project experience: actively worked in agile implementation projects (Scrum, Kanban, or similar)
Knowledge of digital trends and technologies in the financial sector
Degree in economics, business informatics, finance, or a comparable qualification
Strong analytical skills and a high result orientation
Strong communication and presentation skills; able to engage with both business and IT stakeholders on equal footing
Team player, customer-oriented, and willing in a boutique consultancy to not only shape projects but also actively help develop the company
Excellent German and English skills, written and spoken
