Manage and maintain lease agreements for renewable energy projects (e.g., land leases, surface rights agreements).
Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners and key stakeholders.
Monitor contracts to ensure compliance with terms and obligations.
Track lease payments, rent updates, and other financial commitments.
Prepare and send contractual communications (e.g., notices, correspondence).
Coordinate with Legal on contract reviews, amendments, and related matters.
Maintain accurate records and support internal teams (legal, development, finance) on land agreements.

Bachelor's degree in Legal studies (Solicitorship), Public Administration or in another relevant field of studies
At least 2 years of professional experience in managing land lease contractual agreements
Strong knowledge in working with MS tools
Exceptional organizational and communication skills with a detail-oriented approach
Proficiency in both English and Portuguese is required; knowledge of Spanish language is a plus
