5+ years of progressive HR experience, including some business partnering, and at a minimum, a strong generalist background.
Prior SaaS or high-growth tech experience is essential.
Genuine GTM domain fluency — you have a baseline knowledge of key metrics relevant to a Customer and Sales org.
A proactive partnering instinct is essential.
Demonstrated ability to build credibility at a senior level.
Proven ability to challenge leaders constructively.
Data fluency — you build compelling narratives from people data.
Hands-on fluency with AI tools and agentic workflows.
Strong working knowledge of US employment law and HR compliance.
