Implement and maintain Microsoft 365 configurations aligned to agreed standards.
Support release, change, and lifecycle management for M365 services.
Proactively identify and eliminate recurring platform issues through automation and standardization.
Apply and enforce platform governance policies (retention, permissions, lifecycle).
Contribute to documentation of standards, patterns, and operational runbooks.
Support audits and reviews relating to M365 usage and configuration.
Support migration away from legacy collaboration platforms and file shares.
Assist with remediation of technical debt (e.g. legacy workflows, unsupported tools).
Contribute to roadmap initiatives defined by the M365 Platform leadership.
Requirements
Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 in an enterprise environment
Experience operating in governed, large‑scale tenants
Ability to work from standards and architectural direction rather than ad‑hoc configuration
Scripting and automation mindset (PowerShell, Power Automate)
