Lead the configuration, deployment, and management of Microsoft Intune for device compliance, application deployment, and endpoint security
Administer and optimize Azure services including identity management, endpoint integration, and application support
Support the rollout, adoption, and ongoing management of enterprise SaaS platforms and internal tools
Partner with IT, Security, and business teams to implement and scale AI-driven tools (e.g., Claude) and support responsible usage across the organization
Drive end-user adoption and change management for new technologies, including training, documentation, and best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between enterprise applications, endpoints, and cloud services
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability of supported applications and services
Develop and maintain documentation for systems architecture, processes, and procedures
Participate in audits, compliance reviews, and security assessments
Mentor junior administrators and contribute to team development and knowledge sharing
Be onsite at our Philadelphia office 4 days per week
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of experience in systems administration or IT applications support in enterprise environments
Expertise in Microsoft Intune and Azure administration
Experience deploying and managing SaaS platforms, enterprise applications, or end-user technologies at scale
Experience supporting rollout and adoption of new technologies (e.g., SaaS tools, internal platforms, or AI applications)
Strong knowledge of identity and access management concepts and endpoint management practices
Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation tools
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
